Process to claim Redeemed Schemes:

The form for claiming Redeemed Scheme can be Downloaded Here. Application form along with the unit certificates in original, Bank Proof, Copy of Pan and KYC acknowledgement copy of all the Unit Holders can be submitted to the nearest branch office of SBI Mutual Fund. Please refer to the instructions given on the form.
