  • Public sector undertakings (PSU) are some of the largest organisations in India. These organisations have been established for accomplishing the long-term macro-economic objectives of Indian growth & self-sufficiency in manufacturing, infrastructure & services. These companies have been in operation for multiple decades & have ample resources to tackle different business cycles. Many of these companies have significant market share in their respective sectors.
  • The objective of SBI PSU Fund is to provide investors with opportunities for long-term growth in capital along with the liquidity of an open-ended scheme through an active management of investments in a diversified basket of equity stocks of domestic Public Sector Undertakings and in debt and money market instruments issued by PSUs and others.
  • The fund is suitable for high-risk appetite investors who are bullish on the prospects of the PSU sector & are looking to add a sector fund to their core portfolio in order to boost overall returns.
