Process of Nomination – For investors of SBI Mutual Fund schemes
Investors in SBI Mutual Fund schemes can follow the steps below to register a nominee for their investments :
Download the Nomination form which is available in pdf format and take a printout of the same
Enter Folio holders’ details along with the folio number in the first section of the form
Enter the details of the nominee such as name, percentage in the subsequent section (Kindly note upto 3 nominees can be registered. A minor also can be a nominee by providing the guardian details with signature as requested in the form)
The form has to be signed by all the holders irrespective of mode of holding
Once the form is filled and signed by all the holders, login to our website www.sbimf.com using your login credentials
You will find the Investor Corner section on the top right wherein you will find the option of “Request Service” under non-financial transaction.
Select the same and in the select request dropdown, select “ Nominee registration / change / cancellation ” option, Select the folio number you wish to add the nominee for and proceed
Enter your PAN number & Bank Account Number and submit
Upload your scan copy of the filled nomination form and confirm.
